What will you be doing?

As the Lead Developer at StriveCloud, your primary focus will be on advancing our gamification SaaS product, with a focus on front-end development. You’ll closely collaborate with our backend developer and founders to shape the platform’s future, delving into the backlog to enhance our offerings. Your role involves refining the user experience based on feedback and ensuring our solutions consistently meet client expectations.

Your responsibilities extend to developing scalable systems that meet the evolving demands of the gamification market, leveraging our API-driven integration tools and content management system.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in Node.js & React, with good knowledge of Express.js, SignalR, MySQL or Postgres, and Docker
  • You are very familiar with integrating 3rd party software, like payment gateways, OpenID connections & social networks. (OAuth, Facebook/Google API)
  • You have excellent communication skills and can work closely with the founders on managing the product roadmap and backlog
  • You have expertise in scalable system design and performance optimization
  • You can manage user feedback to ensure an optimal user experience, excelling in problem-solving, collaboration, and direct client communication
  • You are intrigued by startups and have an affection with gamification or gaming in general
  • Experience with GIT, Atlassian (Jira, BitBucket, …), cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) and DevOps are a plus
